About Me

My name is Mel Corrigan. I am a film editor as well as a photographer. Born in Toronto, I moved to Vancouver in late 2018 to attend Vancouver Film School’s Film Production Program. After graduating in 2019 I began my career in the industry. My passion for film keeps me constantly looking for new and creative ways to bring the directors vision to life. My goal is to tell unique and inspiring stories, while showcasing meaningful dialog and producing work that enhances every viewers experience.

While having a deep love for film, I also have a passion for photography. Whether it is shooting behind the scenes material on set, or a portrait shoot, when I have a camera in my hand, I am happy. My knowledge includes 35 mm film and digital photography. I love to work with clients to create a story through images, as well as capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
